Many gyms in Cincinnati have struggled to make it during these challenging times. We’re no different. We have struggled too.

However, because of our conviction in what we do and our commitment to the people of Cincinnati, we are persisting so we can give you the very best fitness experience and results possible right now.

We are OPEN FOR BUSINESS! And we are offering in-facility workouts — as well as at-home workouts.

Whether you are comfortable returning to the gym or prefer to stay at home, we have you covered. Our at-home workouts are virtually the same workouts you’ll get in the gym — with just a heavier emphasis on bodyweight exercises, of course. But both are still designed to give you amazing results!
